In this sense, CSM METALURGY is not only a machine manufacturer, but it also designs and produces the most suitable machines and process equipment for the steel wire industry with its extensive process experience. Wire drawing, galvanizing, patenting, and phosphate coating processes are the areas where CSM METALURGY is most ambitious. On the other hand, after the commissioning, it provides consultancy services for customers to get ideal working conditions. For this purpose, the following issues are given importance in equipment and process design. Optimization of investment cost Product quality in international norms Low operating cost High energy efficiency CSM METALURGY in fulfilling these functions has always taken the principle of always better . Also, research and development and innovation studies in machine-equipment design are indispensable activities for CSM METALURGY.

WİRE DRAWİNG LİNESWİRE DRAWİNG MACHİNES AND EQUİPMENT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Wire rods with a diameter of up to 16.00 mm can be used in our wire drawing machines, which are designed and produced. Wire outlet diameter drops to 0.80 mm and below. Maximum 40 m/sec can be reached at wire drawing speed. The machines are produced in a modular structure for transport and easy assembly on a solid body. Protection covers are designed considering working efficiency and safety precautions. The first blocks of wire drawing machines working from wire rod can be produced as OTO TYPE with accumulation in vertical position. The last block can be produced as vertical type and STRIPPER block depending on customer needs. CSM METALLURJI also manufactures micro-cassette machines for low and high carbon steel grades. Rolling boxes are manufactured with direct water cooling, fixed or rotary rolling. For the production of shiny wire, the soap box in the last block is made with a special design so that liquid soap can be used. Tensile blocks are produced from 4140 quality steel casting material. After induction hardening heat treatment is applied, tungsten carbide coating is made and polished. Thus, a long service life is ensured. Wire drawing blocks can be produced both with air and water cooling and only with water cooling. Corrosion resistant materials are used in the water cooling system of the machines. Pneumatic brake systems are used in traction blocks. Drive motors are specially prepared for the encoder system. Block reducers can have an external or internal oil pump. CSM METALLURJI wire drawing machines are produced as both rolled and micro-cassette interchangeable. The world s best quality tungsten carbide reels and system are used in micro cassettes. With a micro cassette series, uninterrupted production can be made up to 5600 tons in 1.80 mm diameter. The machines are manufactured with the water circulation chiller infrastructure ready for the use of micro cassettes. There is an automatic lubrication system for micro cassettes.

HEAT TREATMANT FURNACESHEAT TREATMANT FURNACES
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Open Fired Furnaces · Fluid bed Furnaces · Oil Tempering furnaces · Muffle Tube furnaces · Lead Furnaces · Pit Type Furnaces · Bell Type Furnaces · Dryer Ovens · Different kinds of heat treatment furnaces are used in the wire lines for the purpose. Open fired furnaces are the most commonly used furnaces for heat treatment of both low and high carbon steel wires. Open flame standing annealing furnaces are the most preferred furnaces by wire manufacturers for their low operating and maintenance costs and ease of use. · Fluidized beds and lead furnaces are used in the production of low carbon wires. These types of furnaces are also preferred in order to save the building lengths for the galvanizing lines and low acid consumption. Another area where lead furnaces are commonly used is degreasing operations and stress relieving heat treatment applications. · Muffle ovens are commonly used for heat treatment of stainless steel wires in continuous operation. In this type of furnace, the wires are passed through the pipes placed in the furnace and an inert gas is fed into the pipes to form a protective atmosphere. · Pit and bell type furnaces are batch annealing furnaces and are used for heat treatment of both low and high carbon steels. In these furnaces, heat treatment can be carried out under inert gas and vacuum for the protective atmosphere. Such furnaces are widely used in the production of screws and bolts. Pit type ovens are preferred for reaching high charge capacities in heat treatment of smaller 25 - 50 kg coil weights. · Drying ovens are used in wire coating lines before hot dip operations.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

IN LINE PHOSPHATING LINES · BATCH PHOSPHATING LINES · IN LINE ACID PICKLING · FLUXING SYSTEMS, · QUENCH BATHS · WAXING COATING BATHS · AİR KNIFE WIPES, · ACID & FLUX FILTERİNG SYSTEM, · ACID PUMPS · Continuous and batch phosphating lines are used for phosphate coating of high carbon wire surfaces used in steel wire rope production. · Continuous phosphating operation can be done on a separate line or on the same line as patenting and galvanizing lines. · Continuous acid cleaning lines are surface preparation lines which must be absolutely necessary for annealing, patenting and galvanizing processes. CSM METALURJI produces acid cleaning lines which do not damage the environment completely enclosed system. CSM METALURJI produces acid filtration systems in order to increase acid activity and service life. · The flux coating process is performed to prevent oxidation of the wire surface after acid cleaning and to increase the coating activity in hot dip galvanizing. CSM METALURJI produces cold and hot flux baths and fluks regeneration systems. These systems play an important role in lowering the zinc consumption cost. · Wax coating is a secondary protective coating after galvanizing. It is applied in order to prevent white rust formation on zinc coated wire surfaces. On the other hand, the positive effect of the wax application on the coil winding quality is mentioned. CSM METALURJI produces highly effective stainless-steel wax baths with natural gas and electric heated

ZİNC WİPİNG SYSTEMSZİNC WİPİNG SYSTEMS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

CSM METALLURJI manufactures zinc stripping systems, which are the most important components of the galvanizing process. With its R&D studies, it has developed stripping systems that give excellent results in both low and high zinc coatings. These systems provide serious contributions to production efficiency by providing flexible working conditions in production planning. In addition, significant savings are achieved in zinc consumption.
